Full service, first class care for your equine companion and stress free fun for you; with boarding services designed with the comfort of horses and the convenience of their owners as our primary considerations.

The barns: well ventilated for summer breezes but not drafty in the winter storms, solid wood and stucco construction with skylights. Hot water wash racks, large individual tack lockers in three separate locker rooms, trailer parking, automatic insect control, individual stall lights and stall lights on timers. Stalls are matted and fully bedded. Box stalls (12 X 12 to 12 X 16) are available with or without paddocks.

The arenas: indoor arena adjoining the stalls in the big barn, separate covered round pen, covered overhead walker, and outdoor arena; these arenas are lighted, the footing maintained and watered. New addition of a jumping arena under the direction of Katherine Fooy. Crowned, French drains, excellent footing, watered and well maintained.

Lighting: parking, all arenas and barns are fully lighted. We are open for our clients until 10:00 pm. We welcome working adults with full daytime schedules, happy to give you an opportunity to enjoy your horses in the evening.

Feed: we supply first quality grass and alfalfa hay. We have used the same hay broker for fifteen years and he guarantees the year 'round quality we demand. We feed your horse with its optimum health and condition in mind.

Fun time for your horse: every horse needs some time for "sun on its back" and no performance demands. We have an abundance of turnouts for the convenience of our clients and their horses.

Training: Katherine Fooy is available for training, coaching, lessons or just good advice, a smile and words of encouragement.

Veterinary services: Mark Dunlap, D.V.M. and Tania Dunlap live on the property. All local veterinarians are welcome and we have have an excellent relationship with all of the equine veterinarians.

Security: Caretaker (Bill Dunlap) living on the premises in the arena barn. All tack rooms locked and alarmed. Security cameras on the locker rooms, courtyard and aisles. Main gate and all barns locked 10:00pm to 8:00am.

Hours of client access: 8:00am to 10:00pm Monday through Saturday. Noon to 10:00pm on Sunday. Clients can be accomodated for early access for competitions.
